How do I make a reservation?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can choose to pay online when booking or pay at the property upon arrival.

Can I modify my reservation?

Yes, modifications are possible subject to availability. Changes made more than 7 days before arrival are free. Contact our reservations team for assistance.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.

Is early check-in available?

Early check-in is subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to request early check-in. Additional charges may apply.

What do I need to check in?

You'll need a valid photo ID (passport or driver's license) and a credit card for incidentals. Your booking confirmation number will help expedite the process.

Ethereal Haven is a non-smoking property. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors. A cleaning fee of $250 applies to smoking violations in rooms.
